Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

800k & FOMC meeting

800k & FOMC meetingnext week  816364 shares ( third tranche from last pp) are free for trade.
before the first tranche (417363 sh.)  on Jan.23 caused  22% downfall and the second tranche ( 466232 sh) on Feb. 22 caused  23% drop either.
Let's see how quickly will the market digest the last package of cheap shares.
After that the way up should be free.

of course, we will keep our eyes on the FOMC meeting on March 15-16 with anticipated first raise of interest rates in 25-50bp range this year. ( that lower that better for pm stocks)
