Sales R Coming ? Sales Operations Manager- USA / Flexible $.............The sales operation manager will be a dynamic sales operations professional that oversees the systems, processes, KPIs, and insights that will guide the next phase of growth at Exro. This position is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales process within the organization. Reporting to the CCO, the Sales Operations Manager works cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate priorities and objectives are undertaken by the sales team to meet commercial team directives.
 
The successful candidate will have experience and skillsets in managing sales objectives, developing performance metrics and reporting sales figures to management.
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Works closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • With management, develops metrics for monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of business development activities. Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
  • Coordinates training delivery to sales, management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Credentials & Experience
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in business, or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations Management for B2B environment
  • Proficiency in SalesForce.com software suite, project management tools such as Asana or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience in direct sales for B2B environment an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Background in emobility and/or power electronics field is preferred
