Yes maybe, but there are still concerns about the two factors you mention. Forecasts for the price of silver are still uncertain (what value to give to sometimes excessive forecasts of more than $100?). On the other hand, as there have already been several postponements (February, then May then end of 2Q) for the completion of lift #1, doubt may have arisen as to the reality of operation and normal production in the short term! You will also notice that CEO Kevin Drover has become very discreet!
