Comparable?alternative new battery tech

Sila Nanotechnologies uses different tech but has similar objectives and seems to be farther along the path to commercialization. 

The founders issued a white paper that is available for download. Its an easy read.

Pretty certain management at GMG should be aware of this tech and the company. Wonder what their view of the technology is?
