FDA on Track to Issue Regulations Banning Menthol I don't see any reason why TAAT would get a free pass on the menthol ban for any extended period time. I wonder what, if any modifications are being considered from last April's proposals....
- Deciding whether any changes are to be made to the proposed regulations after reviewing all the public comments submitted. Once the comments are reviewed, then the FDA makes any needed changes to the proposed regulations.
- Re-submitting the final version of the proposed regulations to the OMB a second time for an additional review and approval.
- Publishing the final regulations in the Federal Register and setting a date for the regulations to go into effect.
What I'd like to know.
Have the final regulations been published in the Federal Register which would confirm that tobacco and not hemp cigarettes will fall under the menthol ban?
Sounds like a job for FZ
