possibleidiot, i believe it reflects EBITDA margins that are thinner than the investor presentation promised when ETC was acquired - pure and simple.

the analysts DID NOT KNOW of the apple settlement in making the target revisions. only Canaccord has published a note since the settlement was announced - they said that the range of possible outcomes is broad, so wait and see as detail become available. good advice.
