RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:so why at 7 centsI do agree that in the revised debenture is was mentioned the Caesar and insiders "intended" to participate but in the last three updates this clause has been removed.
For them to state they "intend" to participate is very different then they "have" participated.
If they can't raise the $7.5M (or at least the needed $5M above their intended contribution of $2.5M) there really is no reason.
Five months ago they needed $2.5M for inventory and $1M for debt payments.
What's have they done in the interim for inventory purchases and debt?
If the company can't sell products and pay its debt would it be reasonable for them to invest.
No, of course not.
