CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Personally I have accepted the warrants that expire in April to be a loss. It would take a hail Mary and all the stars coming into alignment to be able to exrecse them. Not impossible but highly unlikely.

My hope at this point is that the stock does well enough on the share price eventually that it will lessen the sting out of losing the warrants. I stand to lose 600k warrants in April but I put most of my money in shares so am more confident with about the SP than the warrants.
