Actually,  it would be 60 days if brokered and I believe it is brokered based on the original news release plus a 30 day extention which is 90 then I believe the company has 5 days of closing to disclose to the exchange!  That takes them in to 2nd week of March.  Now there is a whole lot of regulations they have to meet if they happen to change or not meet something the exchage has to ask for clarifications etc.  I believe if the exchange give approval they immediately publish it!
