I'm really focusing on the land we own between the casino and the hotel. It's a big parcel. This is where we can erect a building with multiple food concepts that appeal to the local population, including workers in the local area.
Foodies love these type of concepts and they are not your typical casino type. GP is progressive and a market study would show if it would be accepted.
Bottom line, I'm after the new demographic. Even the oil and gas towns don't have the same tastes as twenty years ago. Times have changed.
