RE:RE:Gamehost 2.0 - The Gamehost of Tomorrow!I don't want to rule out the possibility of GH wanting to operate the "food emporium". To do so they would need to hire the right person to oversee this. If GH has a desire to do so, there is more money to be made. Much more. But they have to get it right.
Food quality has got to be top notch. Chef very important. Same concept with two different chefs and you get different experiences. One good the other bad. You would think that using the same recipe from head office would always work. No it doesn't. Chef not motivated - bad food. Chef overworked - bad food. Chef unhappy - bad food. So food has to be top.
Customer service has to be top. This is not McDonald's. More expensive price tag. Need good service for the price you are paying.
Atmosphere has to be enjoyable. Tech has to be good. And we have only started.
If GH does have the desire to operate and has the right person to oversee, then great. If not, then lease the space to the great concepts.
If they want to run the whole show, they cannot do it from scratch. Not for food. Don't even try to come up with the conncepts yourself. Won't work. There is only one franhisor to approach. That franchisor has over 80 concepts in all different types of categories and they are the proverbial 3,000 lb gorilla. You have to go with them.
