I strongly feel the Company needs to pivot now before competition is even on the radar. We need to be a fun destination and entrench ourselves more into the community. This takes time.
There is a whole new demographic of people out there that have never been to a casino. I want that market - in addition to our old market.
The separate structure (building or perhaps one day buildings) will attract the new people and we are not alienating our other customers that like the status quo in the casino (they still have their same indoor environment in the casino).
Win - Win.
