I am not sure if we can help with finding an actual restaurant partner but it might be a situation where they start developing and people start coming to them.

Diversify across sectors/regions/countries and be mindful of your individual stock weightings. When stuff gets 5%+, it's often time to trim and re-deploy capital into medium risk holdings.
Don't be a dummy like malx1. You'll end up digging ditches in August.
