Special Distribution- 2021 tax implications

Good evening, I received my T3 slip last week and for Artis and HR reit that declared big special phantom distributions, I do not see any indication of it. I was expecting to see it as other income. I am with interactive brokers. Does anyone know where/how to locate this?
