RE:NG so strong - is it sustainable? Not Sure - Tough question - I think we better ask Guido.
He may be a bit biased on that tone hough sine SDE is currently (and for the next 2 months) selling about 40% of thier gas at 3 bucks or so. While you are it ask him whether he knows if SDE will institute a no hedge policy like BIR or is de still beholden to thier lenders and restricted in that way.
It will be an large realized loss for SDE in the thier upcoming reports since the hedges are rolling of this quarter. On the order of about half million dollars a day at least when you add in the chunk of thier oil
they are selling for 50 bucks. They should still make good money and be more than OK in the longer run
- if all else stays equal.
Normally it takes me years to learned to love some people - inevitable, after life and the devil (who BTW is someone whom I have learned to appreciate and respect), take thier toll, I tend to find something inside for them. In the case of Guido I suspect ithis process may take decades.
If Guido's response is lacking (as it usually is) and you want my opinion I think some very large macro-economics issues are at play here that will override (overrun) everything else.
G.L. Pluto and thnks for keeping an open mind and heart
