If you were a talented IR person, you would have many job options before you. Why would you jump onto the nearly empty bandwagon at TH before they reported out something of interest on cancer? If they are going to get someone good, they are likely going to have to pay alot to compensate for the risk and the challenge of overcoming years of bad IR work (no offense meant to the prior IR person who did what she could and did improve a number of things which she could control).
Since we are so close to having news on TH-1902 that could prove promising, I would wait until that news is out hoping it would improve the chances of getting someone really talented on board.
