The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

What do you think, was Kevin Drover poorly supported, were these 2 employees more expensive than productive, were they replaced by better ones, did the development of the company require other profiles?
