RE:Now Your Kids Can Buy

RE:Now Your Kids Can BuyThe 40k tax free home savings account idea is a joke. First time buyers could use their TFSA accounts to accomplish the same thing. The real issue is the amount of taxes Canadians pay in relation to what's left in their pocket at the end of the day.  The entire tax system needs to be burned to the ground and completely re-designed. Remove all the complexity. Keep it simple. Put more money in the pockets of average citizens. Especially when we have a government that's committed to trillions of structural debt and deficit.  It's not as if any amount of taxes collected from citizens is going to reduce the debt/deficit.
