RE:Lets face it cpg is not exxonnExactly. I'm not advocating for a 'damn the torpedos' approach to paying a dividend... what I am advocating for is that shareholders be front and center in relation to business calculations and not as an after thought at the end of the calculation.

Cover operating costs, keep debt and debt obligations to a reasonable amount, provide a payout to shareholders ideally balancing a dividend with a REAL share buy back (not some fake buyback intended only to offset options/shares gifted to insiders).
