RE:Now Your Kids Can BuyWhy buy a home when you can live rent (and everything else) free at your parents house until your 30 YOA? Many of these same "kids" are happy spending their cash taking vacations down south and spending $1000 every year on the latest iPhone. Saving money for a house is the last thing on their mind.I am in Mexico right now and I would say that the average age of the people at my 5 stars hotel is 25!
