RE:More ridiculous end of day trades

Wall Street usually crushes a stock to shake out the ordinary investors with the goal to own as many shares as possible. A quiet CEO usually indicates a merger is already agreed upon.  Look for signs like people posting bs like the CEO is terrible to scare off new investors so when the buyout is finally announced current investors will be more likely to support it.  The premium paid to buyout the company will look alot greater after the SP has been crushed for a long time.  Bizarre price action before major milestones is wall street trying to get you to sell your shares and not attract new investors.  Buyouts of biotech companies usually come before the major milestones.
