The lithium market is nuts right now and there will be several companies eyeing a late stage play. Salaries and options are nice but when your family (JS and co) control about 8 million shares, Brune @ 1.3 million and other board members shares a huge one time payday is more attractive considering all the bumps in the road when getting a mine up and running. I seriously think there was some cagey strategy played in relation to timing around the drilling and expansion of resource which will be very attractive to any buyer.
