I am not sure what reports you are studying when you say that the current management isn't buying stock. Since December 20, 2021 (a little less than 4 months), there have been 5 separate "public market buys" by members of senior management. I get that many of us are frustrated LT shareholders, but please do a little DD before posting, be it positive or negative...

i agre that they also benefit from options and performance clauses in their contracts, but to be fair the new members have purchased on the open market as well. More of the same would be appreciated, of course!
