One positive is that they failed to update the disclaimer with the new company name.
Could Fandifi be held accountable for statements in the presentation?
Will the disclaimer still protect the company in the event of a lawsuit?
I'm not a lawyer....but I am one of many investors who are concerned that the investor presentation is the only product the company produces.
