I checked several sources, the company has yet to put out a press release. The IR for Reliq responded back thru email to a few retail share holders, nothing more. Read the post by Eoj123, comments back from IR. It does not say they will be taking legal. It states the company will consult with its lawyers to see if legal action can be taken.

This day has been amateur hour at its finest, Whitediamond Research pretty much said that Reliq Health led by CEO Lisa Crossley is a scam. It blows me away that this company, which has already seen its share of bad publicity would not issue a press release and defend itself. Lisa what the hell are you thinking? It is no wonder that there are still so many that are skeptical about investing RHT.

Fack Me, I need a couple of double Crowns.
