That explains the price action for the sector.  So SAFE is still in the competes act.  I'll assume he'll take that out.  Oddly, if he could truly water it down, like decrim, states type thing, with safe.  Enough to get Manchin and Az and NH senators on board. Could go reconciliation route.  Only need 51 then.   Still a tall order with Manchin and Biden.   


I think they just like to campaign on it and do nothing.   "Soon"  unbelievable

Chuck Schumer Booker and Wyden just released the news that they will be introducing their bill before the August break. What that means is we won't see it in April as he had originally hoped for.

My take on this is that he does not currently have enough votes for what he wants and it needs the extra time to get the votes in line.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it's just a matter of time.
