From a quick Google & LinkedIn search it looks like she is affiliated with a Canadian energy firm called Brom Energy. https://broxenergy.com/

Could this be related to a potential reverse merger that copper has been banging on about for the last few weeks?

Existing shareholders usually get hammered in these situations but sometimes they can be big wins if the insiders hold a lot of shares.
