RE:RE:Mining.com Article on Innovare Acquisitionohjeezuz, many have been waiting years from the time several Saskatchewan potash juniors hitched their wagon to this new horizontal selective solution mining train.
Lots say they have it figured out, but very little in the way of tangible evidence that the methodology has been conquered as of yet. Western potash came close, but are now reworking the chemistry downhole to improve their solubility characteristics.
The Innovare tech from my understanding is related to just the surface production techniques, including a co-gen energy application. That said, I have not found any mines currently using Innovares patented technology. Many companies have already proven their production surface techniques, but it is getting the stuff to the surface that has eluded them.
Lots of money being made on promotion the past several years regarding the novel sub surface horizontal selective solution mining technology, but I have yet to find a potash miner currently employing that highly elusive technique.
I am hopeful that day will come soon, but so far its as mysterious as a unicorn and I am getting the impression deep pockets are in the show me first, then we will talk dollars, mood.
