Just a ThoughtI suggest you verify the information on Payne's track record against the sedar filings. If accurate, then a group of shareholders should fund the placement of a public service ad in the Globe and Mail Business Section for a week. The Star would appreciate a heads up on the story as well.....
The ad could include the name of the company, the name of its CEO and EVP in bold letters followed by the Tag Line...... "Extraordinary Achievements"
Immediately followed by the table containing the exact numbers in the format put forward in an earlier post.... Highlighting the relationship between revenue and shareholder losses of course
The Ad could end with the comments from the latest audit where BDO states
- Directors and officers cash out options without paying for them. Auditors demand write off
- Directors and officers approve investments and loans in private companies they control. Auditors demand write off
- Directors and Officers Invest over $1 million in Private Company controlled by insiders and advisors..... Auditors demand write off
- Directors and Officers invest over $1 million in Private software company controlled by insiders and advisors..... Auditors demand write off
Of course the papers will want to verify the information contained in the ad so as to ensure they are posting accurate publicly available information.
End the ad with the statement...... A file worthy of regulator intervention?
