RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:buy NOWYou seem obsessed with buying land.  If this land is prospective and there must be lots of it to use up all the free cash flow, then this will set TVE up for more future growth.  I guess this must mean that you think TVE is a good long term investment.  Did I get that right?
