RE:RE:More on the analysts, and markets in generalhmmm, Aaron McNeill of TD has a $21.44 (the highest of any analyst) price target on Ballard, which seems to be trending downwards. He's downgraded his stance on Xebec to hold with a $2.75 target, which is clearly trending upwards. What a putz. Happy Easter
