Alternate Symbol(s):  MXROF

Max Resource Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company advancing the newly discovered district-scale wholly owned Sierra Azul Copper-Silver Project in Colombia and its wholly owned Floralia Hematite Iron Ore Project in Brazil. The Sierra Azul Project is a district-scale copper-silver project spanning 120-km along the 200-km-long Cesar Basin in the mining region of northeastern Colombia. The Project consists of 20 mining concessions spanning over 188 square kilometers (km2). Its exploration is focused on three districts at Sierra-Azul: AM District, Conejo District, and URU District. The Floralia Hematite Iron Ore Project is located 70 km southeast (SE) of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The Floralia Hematite open cut is of significant size consisting of five benches rising to 48 meter (m) and 160 m in width revealing plunging bands of hematite iron ore at the base, and sub-horizontal banding at the top of the open cut and is open in all directions.

@Bosco88 I am posting my notes from a call with Tim McMulty to understand what near-term milestone/deliverables are. I see 4 key deliverables in reverse order: 1) Obtain drilling permit at URU - expected June/July. Timing depends on completion, submission and approval of a two month environmental study. 2) Environmental Study - has started. Its main purpose to show proper handling of water and drill cuttings - expected to be completed by May/June 3) Assay adits at URU! - I had no idea there were adits but from what Tim tells me the Spanish have had historical silver mines and have mined some silver from a small area of URU. No one in the area remembers the Spanish mining here - likely +100-200 yrs ago. These adits/tunnels will allow the company geologists to take samples from inside the hill (shown in the video from the last press release). This would be the first time we see sample assays at depth and can aid in understanding vertical extent of mineralization, orientation of mineralization and continuity of grade. Please note these are selective samples so not drilling, none the less more data for them to help de-risk drill targets. I was also unaware that beyond the 190m, there is another 140m of adits above where the drone footage stops...the drone video only shows from the riverbed up to 190m of vertical footage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEAAQY_KLoY+ 4) $MAX is looking to start IP at URU and Conejo right away. IP (Induced Polaraization) is part of a geophysics study that aims to show chargeablility of the subsurface - you can read more about it here: https://www.ageophysics.com/en/blog/what-is-induced-polarization/2/7#:~:text=Induced%20Polarization%20(IP)%20is%20used,ions%20within%20the%20pore%20fluid. Okay so why is IP important for MAX? It not only provides data of how chargeable to rocks below surface are. Does the mineralization from surface extend at depth, what shape is the ore body, where do the decide to drill and orient their drilling - recall they are chasing outcrop and looking to test the vertical extent - not dealing with overburden...very exciting times ahead for $MAX. plese post your thoughts and comments - i still think very few people are aware of this name

....this project sure looks good imo
