Looking at the mine reportAnnual rainfall in the region is ~ 900 mm, so 125 mm event in 1 hour is huge change in variability.
Second thing to note is there isn't alot of capital cost in the mine. Think they invested about 10 M$ in mine, and added a 4 M$ tailings pond (good place to get rid of water).
The plan in 2018 budgeted 7 M$ for 2023 mine closure.
So I think there is a lot of money still left in the ground which can be accessed without too much pain.
I think it will take some time to dewater, make sure safe, etc. Rosh will be pushed back (think planned 20 M$ for development was internally derived funds).
