Its no where near done, listen to Dr. Eric Feigl-Ding....In the short and medium term we will need to determine our own levels of protection/risk, which requires understanding our own personal health intimately, which only things like Antibody tests can provide.  The other factor is enviromental, or what is around you in the community.  
In both cases, SQI plays important roles.
