(MPVD), down two cents to 80 cents on 46,000 shares, said last week that it averaged a hefty $132 (U.S.) per carat selling rough recovered from its Gahcho Kue mine in the Northwest Territories during its first quarter, a figure roughly in line with the feasibility target laid out nearly a decade ago.
