RE:RE:RE:RE:Breakthrough designation is pivotalWow! Nice theory on what is a share price. By chance you are here!
So all stocks are all fairly valued, no matter what, right? You never see share price pop-up, especially in the biotech sector, right? Never, right?
Gees!
Ever heard about:
- shorts
- sell on the news (even when this is real good news)
- day traders
- time till a pivotal event
- global trends
- hedge funds
- etc ...
Some companies are more advanced today than a year ago, despite having a lower share price. You never seen that? Gees!
Hey, Bungee was telling this board that TLT should have been valued at 1-2$, when TLT didn't have a drug manufacturer, not even a HC authorization! He even thought TLT had the best position when then negociated the 2018 pp! How could they be, when we were so far away to commercialization, so far way of everything we've all seen since then!
So tell us Gorf79. What do you know about what's going on behind the scenes? Do you expect management to tell you everything?
Do you have the same expectations than all other shareholders? Same objectives? Same share price targets? Same ability to read a press release and understand tt?

Bencro, “what is a share price”?
Well without getting into the fundamentals and principles of the duties and fiduciary responsibilities of public companies in Canada, it represents the value of the company in its simplest terms. Following along these simple lines it is the responsibility of managers of a public company to maximize the financial value of a company to the benefit of shareholders.
That is what a share price is Bencro. It represents the level to which a company is able to provide value for its owners, by all legal means possible.
Do you feel that they have attempted to achieve this maximum possible value for TLT shareholders Bencro?
