RE:Cristiano Neumann I take your point on the grand statements, but I think that's a little unfair.
Both Baptista and Neumann both used a lot of debt and simply lied about the economics of their buninesses.
I agree, the grand statements aren't particularly helpful, but Verde don't have much debt (very little in fact), has been clear around the economics, and has actually under promised and over delivered with their results. Continually.
The lovely thing about mining is the basics are quite simple - dig it up and sell it. So the questions become - do you have a mineral resource? Yes Verde does. Can you sell it for more than it cost you to mine etc? Yes, it looks like Verde can. The special thing here in the capex is so small, and time to deploy so quick, against the potential returns. If you disagree with any of that then I would love to know. It's always good to get the other side of opinion. And don't get me wrong, there is still lots of work to do.
On a serious note - the world is heading into (or already is in) a food crisis. If Verde can ease that to even by a small degree, then I'll be applauding.
