about 20% since the filing. The bomber has
not agreed as of yet to arbitration and intend
of fighting this for what is know so far. Alstom has 
only requested arbitration. If the bomber has 
a strong case they will not agree to arbitration
as that means they would meet somewhere around the
middle and the bomber would be liablle to some extent.
Anyway you look at it it's a bad situation and don't believe
this is any kind of deflection for Alstom's share price.
That is just grasping at straws. What I believe will happen 
is this will go to court and the bomber may file their own 
complaint. This is not the type of news which attracts investors
but scares them away and a R/S will do nothing to help imho. 
Just my thought take it for what it's worth.
