Instead, the Fund may purchase a subset of the securities in the Index in an effort to hold a portfolio of securities with generally the same risk and return characteristics of the Index. Too buy or not to buy , that is the question. Yes the companies going to make a tonn of money with oil and gas at the prices their at . BUT ! will the markets tanking . You know the old saying, all boats rise with the tide. Well they also sink with shrinking tide as well !! I'd rather error on the side of caution.. BUT , If I could get it at a REAL DISCOUNT maybe I could take a nibble.. Cheers all . And yes I'm still short the market with . HUV
