The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. While the future offer will be enough to make most shareholders happy to move out of this stock, but will leave a sour taste behind.


I wasn't surprised that there was no dividend announced either. Why? Because they've been pretty clear on what their plan is and how they'd use the FCF. So in your case...either you haven't been following along, or somehow misunderstood the very clear direction provided, or you're just here to spread FUD. 

I will go with door # 3
