Summary, a nice neat structured milking using Gov't funds to produce a variety of reports on issues and concerns of Chromite processing.  BUT not one word/research paper on the KWG Patent process, NRC was petitioned to conduct a commercial trial of the Patent process but not happening yet.. Your post was nothing more than the results of a make work project for a lot of gov't employees.  MB

"...research results suggest that the patented method may achieve 30% lower cost when compared to other methods currently employed, plus a reduced carbon footprint of 55% or more, plus a secondary byproduct production stream of refractory material with significant market value to contribute to process revenues and concomitant further production cost reduction..."

I actually read stuff and do real due diligence.    Have a nice day.
