Zentek (ZEN) did quite well after a RS. I'm not advocating for a RS, I'm just giving you an example that RS's are not always bad.
There is no RS coming for DM because they don't need to, but when the bashers have nothing to actually bash a stock for they will resort to bringing up a RS. Again, I don't think I've ever seen such a pathetic group of bashers. The funny thing is they'll point out that a drop of a penny or two in a stock as a complete collapse in a stock and evidence of them being right. lol LIke stocks don't go up AND down.
Sorry boys it doesn't change those numbers, the financials were still outstanding! And DM still remains severely undervalued by every metric. The 12 month trailing revenue continues to look great!
Not a single basher has yet to show any of us numbers that contradict the ones I have presented. What's even funnier is that one of them wants me to answer their question or do some math for them when not a single one has ever seriously answered any question posed by investors on this board.
You can always check out SYTA (1 for 145) and T.BCT(1 for 300) and V.ATE (1 for 10) and DMAC (1 for 20) and V.ROI (1 for 10) all losers initially and still losers and I won't even mention a couple of junkers like MBO and PEX.
I could go back in my archives and find a couple more but it's more of the same. I can't recall one that ended up being a winner.
And the CEO in each and every case was very, very confident that a RS was a very wise move - a couple - SYTA & BCT - very passionate about it and did not take kindly to a suggestion that it was not a great thing to do - from a smaller shareholder point of view. They have millions of shares so although the price takes a beating they still have a large holding and then they start to issue themselves more options and then follow with doing financings to start increasing the share count all over again.
A couple have done more than one consolidation.
You could say I am not a fan and have trouble believeing anyone that tells me they are a good vehicle. Maybe for somebody but certainly not for me.
