I agree the report is meaningless!  The dodge lol.  It is a former owner of the property trying to promote old test result probably for the purpose of selling it at the time.  Imagine looking back from the future and reading a report saying this property has the potential for 3 million ounces.  Would it actually have any meaning other being a promotion piece at the time.  

That said, I must thank KozmoD for posting the link.  Oops sorry it was Goldinvest lol!
