I would hope they come out strong and spend 30% to 50% of the buyback budget at these price levels immediately. Anything below $7 seems to be best bang for buck and not doing that would be a HUGE missed opportunity if oil stays over $100. Shareholders will be annoyed if BTE lags on the cheaper side of things. Now is the time. They need to support the price action all the way to $8

In the meantime , I have all the time in the world and other "transactions" that are making more short term percentage gains .
