It's one place that could get blown to hell if rates keep climbing. 10% yield is nice, but it doesn't take much of a share drop to wipe that out.
A few yrs ago it wouldn't bother me, R/E will always come back in time. But getting too old to have to wait 5 yrs for a major drop to come back Funny how your priority changes when you get old!
