Just want to let you know that my view is that Net debt went down from $406M to $392.4M.  If you include bank loan, senior notes and changes in working capital, net debt has gone down.  If you exclude the changes in working capital, then it is up.  I am of the view canges in working capital needs to be included in the debt.
