Yes agree, the Fox bit is a good sign.
Every peice of information and deadline that they make public makes it less probable that they won't deliver without hurting their brand and thereby investor confidence.

A few other indirect observations makes one think that 'something' is up.

- after a year of (mostly pointless) discussion on the discord it is suddenly pulled, wonder why now?
- Ashleigh Barry (Media Relations & Corporate Communications) who was answering questions and giving updates to the discord crowd, suddenly went dark.
- It was announced that there would be another town hall in April never happened, again seems strange.

These can be interpretted as either positive or negative depending on your point of view (or agenda?) but at this stage I have a gut feeling it is leaning toward something happing soon (in line with what the company has been announcing lately)

Again, lawsuits, dilution, company compensation, et al... all irrelevant if they can't do what they have been claiming.
If they can't make green magnesium at a profit all that the bashers have been spewing for the last few years is meaningless.

No green mag = SP 0

If they can deliver that then the rest may have an impact, otherwise it's hard to sue a company with zero assets.

Plus if there is a claim on the process and it doesn't work.....

A month or two should prove which camp is correct.
In the meantine we can relax, the bashers don't have any effect on the SP.

Now we are just waiting for what many of us have been calling for all along.
Proof.
