RE:RE:RE:RE:time to act QNC!There was interesting trading today.  had a bid in at 0.235 and it got missed by a cross trade down to 0.22.  not sure how that happens, but would seem to me the traders are co-ordinating with eachother.  i suspect a turn up soon.
