The CEO is completely overpaid. Why would he want a takeover while he is banking millions?
Why is the Board of Directors so large for such a small
meaningless company?
As advisors continue to leave, the value of the franchise gets smaller.
I believe that two of their capital markets team has left and that their advisors will start to get picked off one by one.
If they have any free cash flow they should be buying back shares.
Lower the salaries and corporate head count is the easiest way to achieve earnings.
Richarson name used to mean something in the financial service area. 

Now it's the joke on the street IMO.
