Pyro to buy Xebce Adsorption

Hey Peter,

Xebec is th next target of take over as before buying AST or Pyro Green Gas. Xebec gone down below $1 from around $10 just over 12 months. I think you can buy by offering half a share of Pyro for each share of Xebec.

This will be a good fit for Pryo Green Gas and Hydrogen offering.
